The
intensive bus duct system adopts bolt connecting method, which
could be connected by anybody easily. It is the assurance of
bus connection to screw bolts down tightly; the bus torque should
be up to 8kg for 630A below, 12kg for 800A above, then checked
by 0.1mm gap gauge after tightening. |

and high buildings. The power supply branches could be fetched
out by distribution box from bus duct with jacks. |
CFW-2A High-strength Close Bus Duct System
CFW-2A
series bus duct are manufactured on the base of original CMC-2A
bus duct, according to the requirement of users and absorbing
the advanced technologies both from foreign and domestic, with
features of high-strength mechanical performance, absolutely
guaranteed safety coefficient, perfect heat sinking performance,
and large current carrying, which is the most popular products
in domestic bus duct products.
CFW-2A series

duct capacity freely between 100A～6300A,

Air Bus Duct
The
connectors of bus duct are tightened by end-to-end jointed double
chips, stacked multi-chips and linked through tinplating conductors.
It transmits the high tension torque bolts stress to each disk
washer and makes it a homogeneous stress and good conductor
facing. It is quick and convenient to be established and carries
such features like low temperature increasing at joints, solid
consistency and excellent conductance. All the cleat insulators
of the connectors are made of polyester resin. The high-tension
torque bolt could increase the stress of bus press plate to
over 21,000 Newtons.

Connecting Box
Connecting box is the key part of user most frequently
used and branch current protection. It has breaking switch,
and protection function of open, close and pulling out/plugging
in to prevent all error operation.
The plug pins of connecting box
apply universal components. It only needs to add pins
and replace switch for increasing branch current. Besides,
there are 2 65 manganese spring, which assures over 200
times plugging with perfect elastic contact.
The connecting box has exterior
operating structure, the operation jockey is optional,
and user could use it open/close switch conveniently on
ground. |
